| When you work with PMM, your facility is cleaned and managed by our 1,000 qualified and experienced employees. We have formal procedures for finding qualified and credentialed employees. We will integrate our hiring process with your background requirements to find the right candidates for your facilities.
We also carry liability and worker's compensation insurance. All this means you're protected from any liabilities or worker's compensation claims and is in compliance with OSHA and State regulations.
All building staff is fully credentialed and background checked and ensure they are legal employees. To assist with security, staff will always be in uniforms and have photo ID so you can identify them. Staff is then supervised, monitored and supported by our management team, 24 hours per day, and 7 days per week. |
