Steven D. Lustig graduated from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York and moved to Maryland in 1978. In 1980, he began with Potomac Minute Maids, Inc.(PMM), as the General Manager. PMM at that time was one of the largest residential cleaning companies in the Washington metropolitan area. In 1986, Steve became the owner of PMM, changing the focus from residential to commercial cleaning. He developed a successful commercial cleaning company and in 1989 welcomed his brother, Mitch, to the company and eliminated residential cleaning from services provided. Today, Steve serves as CEO of PMM Companies and oversees the day-to-day activities of the company.
 Mitchell Lustig is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and for the last fifteen years has been actively involved in the building services industry, as Executive Vice President of PMM companies.
Mitch believes the customer is the focal point of PMM's operations department. This, coupled with his and the company's sense of urgency, has elevated PMM into one of the premier service organizations in the Washington metropolitan region. Mitch is involved with existing customer relationships, and new business development.
 Michael Hanrahan, Chief Financial Officer, has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA in Finance from The University of Maryland. After graduating, Michael owned and operated several restaurants in the Washington, DC area. In 1999 Michael joined MICROS Systems, Inc., the largest supplier of technology to the hospitality industry. At MICROS he eventually became the Director of Financial Operations for North America. He is interested in improving processes throughout the organization while maintaining excellent customer service.
 Born and raised in England, Neil Matthews has spent the last fourteen years in and around the building services industry.
Neil has served as the Regional Director of the largest janitorial franchise company in the world, and as President and CEO of Gumbusters North America. He has used that experience in his role as Vice President of Operations at PMM Companies. Providing customer service is a priority to Neil and one at which PMM excels.
 Lenny B. Robinson, Vice President, joined the PMM team with its acquisition of At Once Cleaning Services Inc.(At Once) in 2007. At Once is a large janitorial contract cleaning organization servicing large office building and non-profit institutions in the Baltimore area. Lenny continues to guide and grow At Once as a division of PMM Companies.

Richard Elfman was the Founder, President and C.E.O. of R S E Industrial Cleaning,Inc. in Boston since 1975. With over 33 years of janitorial and facilities expertise, Richard is skilled in every phase of business development, operations and administration. Richard manages customer relationships from initial contact to service delivery. Richard analyzes his clients' business operations and processes with an ability to identify and recommend improvements resulting in cost reductions and increased safety and security. He is credited with the establishment of imaginative dedicated specialty services aimed at specifically targeted customers. He has the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment, providing janitorial, facility maintenance, and consulting services to a wide variety of businesses: performing arts centers, office buildings, manufacturing concerns, post-construction, hotels and restaurants, etc. He has served as a consulting liaison between clients and contractors for various expansion projects, and has created and reviewed procedural specifications, training guides and reports for employees and clients' facility staff.
